ABOUT GLASTONBURY DANCE CENTER

Glastonbury Dance Center (aka GDC) has been a community staple for over 40 years.  We are known for our positive, energetic and all-inclusive atmosphere.  Whether you are a recreational dancer looking to have fun, make friends and learn to dance in an encouraging dance class, or a serious dancer looking for technical training in a committed program built to push each individual to find their own personal strengths, we are the studio for you.  From beginner to advanced dancer, you will find your home at GDC.

Glastonbury Dance Center is more than a dance studio – we are a dance family.  Our staff is experienced, professional, talented and fun.  Our dance teachers are strong role models for every student.  Our goal is to make each student feel welcome, supported, challenged and inspired.  We teach age-appropriate choreography and select age-appropriate music choices and costuming.  We believe in embracing and celebrating each stage of a dancer’s life from our 2 year-old creative movement classes through their senior year in high school… and then we welcome our dancers back with open arms for our adult programs.  Even some of our dance moms and dads find the time to take classes!

Our customer service focuses on clear communication, organization and quick responses.  We are able to provide every student with a dance education to help build their character and inspire them to achieve their goals. The studio has a family feel that creates a supportive environment where students will grow. Our goal is to make children and parents alike feel welcome and included in our community.

We build self-confidence and encourage individuals to embrace their unique individualism.  With carefully tailored programs to fit every dancer, your children will shine brightly in their weekly dance classes and also in our year-end recital where they get the chance to perform their newly mastered skills on stage in front of their loved ones.
